Strategic Campaign & Institutional Design
Overview At AUA College of Medicine, I led the visual development of multi-channel marketing and institutional communication materials targeting prospective and current medical students. My role involved designing cohesive digital and print assets that aligned with academic branding while improving clarity, engagement, and audience segmentation.
Cross-Platform Adaptation Assets were adapted for: • Instagram square & story formats • Email headers & marketing campaigns • Webinar landing visuals • Print-ready flyers and promotional materials
Consistency across formats ensured recognition and trust.
Design System Thinking
Instead of designing one-off graphics, I developed repeatable layout structures:
• Modular grid systems • Headline hierarchy standards • CTA placement consistency • Visual framing for faculty and student portraits
This reduced production time and strengthened visual cohesion
Impact
• Improved clarity in webinar promotions and event sign-ups • Strengthened brand presence across social media • Created recognizable visual patterns across campaigns • Increased engagement across targeted student communications
Reflection
This role strengthened my ability to:
• Translate institutional messaging into clear visual systems • Design with both marketing and user clarity in mind • Balance aesthetics with informational hierarchy • Think across platforms instead of isolated pieces
